Common J.League Rules and Regulations

1. Bringing following items into the stadium is prohibited:
fireworks, firecrackers, smoke candles, and other explosives
air horns
pets (excluding service animals)
glass bottles and cans (content must be moved into paper cups before entering the stadium)

2. All luggage is inspected by stewards at the gate.

3. Following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
Discriminatory abuse, chanting, harassment, showing offensive written banners, violating public order
Waving large flags with leaning out of upper tier
Interfering with the operation of the game
Using whistles and sirens
Throwing objects into the field
Jumping down to the field
Leaving luggage in the aisle or staying in the aisle while spectating
Smoking outside designated areas
Using parking spaces of public institutions such as hospitals

4. Failure to comply with the Stadium Rules and Regulations may result in expulsion from the stadium and entrance ban to future events and stadiums.


Rules and Regulations for home games of Tochigi Soccer Club

1. Bringing following items into the stadium is not allowed:
Any object which blocks other spectators' views or is an obstacle to emergency exits
Baby strollers (must be left at reception)
Chairs (excluding wheelchairs)

2. Following behaviors are not allowed:
Standing on the seat
Sitting on the fence or straddling the fence
Leaning out of the fence
Mass protest or blocking the team bus
Occupying non-reserved seats with personal belongings
Using vuvuzelas, laser pointers or walkie-talkies
Photography or filming for commercial use
Photography or filming with a tripod or a monopod
Wearing or using cheering items for the visiting team in the north stand
Wearing or using cheering items for Tochigi SC in the south stand
Broadcasting audio or video of games online or with other media
Setting up banners outside designated areas
Waving large flags in the main or the back stand
Using musical instruments or percussion in the main or the back stand
Throwing confetti or streamers without authorization
Spectating in different areas from the area written on the ticket
Forming a waiting line for the gate to open earlier than designated time
Distributing leaflets, displaying posters, raising fund, collecting signatures, conducting surveys or selling goods without authorization
Disposing garbage without sorting out, or disposing in other than designated locations
Playing with balls or using umbrellas at the audience
Building unauthorized construction inside the stadium
Using percussion later than 9 p.m.
